GRAND RAPIDS Private Patio Rental Info:
You can rent our 4 season patio any day before 5pm
You must have a minimum of 20 people in your party to reserve the patio space.
Sunday - Wednesday evening rental is available
No outside food or beverages are permitted. (Our talented pastry chef will be happy to provide a celebratory cake or pastry.)
Patio Fees & Minimums:
Private use of the Four Seasons Patio
Monday-Friday Before 5pm: $100/2 hours, as well as a $300 food & beverage minimum that must be met. An event longer than two hours will also require a room rental fee of $45/hr for additional hours.
Monday-Tuesday after 5pm: $100/hour, additional hours $50/hr. There is a food and beverage minimum of $500 must be met.
Wednesday-Saturday After 5pm: We do NOT offer private dining in the space at these times.
Saturday before 5pm: $100/hour with a Food and Beverage Minimum of $500.
Sunday anytime: Room Rental Fee is $100/hr. Food & Beverage minimum of $500
All fees include: full service staff, set up and clean up, access to sound system, and TV’s, choice of music.

Hudsonville Private Patio Rental Info:
Our beautiful private room in Hudsonville is available for rental 7 days a week.
You must have a minimum of 15 people in your party to reserve the private space.
The Room capacity is 30 people. If you have more that that, we can accommodate up to 50 people by extending the party to an enclosed area of the bar. (Increases food & beverage minimums by $100)

Patio Fees & Minimums:
Monday-Friday Before 5pm: No room rental fee (for the first two hours), however a $300 food & beverage minimum must be met. An event longer than two hours will also require a room rental fee of $75/hr for additional hours.
Mon-Thursday after 5pm: $120 for 2 hours, additional hours $50/hr. A food and beverage minimum of $500 must be met.
Saturday - Sunday before 5pm: $70/hour with a Food and Beverage Minimum of $300.
Friday - Saturday after 5pm: $125 for 2 hours, additional hours $50/hr. A food & beverage minimum of $800 must be met.
ADDITION OF EXTRA SPACE AT THE END OF THE BAR & 4 EXTRA TABLES (16 SEATS) CAN BE ADDED TO ANY EVENT.
Monday-Friday before 5pm - $50/hour Thursday-Sunday After 5pm- $100/hour
All fees include: Full service staff, set up and clean up, access to sound system and TV’s, choice of music, option to use TV for a presentation with HDMI connection.
